It’s a safe assumption that many people are unfamiliar with the Bull Moose Progressive party which was established by Theodore Roosevelt in the early 20th century. Roosevelt, who took his place as the 26th President of the United States after the assassination President William McKinley. Roosevelt’s name became synonymous with progressivism, and though he lost his bid for re-election as a Bull Moose Progressive, his achievements still reverberate through our society by way of anti-trust laws, the Panama Canal, and as having been the first American to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1906. The list of achievements that can be attributed to Theordore Roosevelt is expansive, including but not limited to the “Square Deal”.

President Taft lost the popular vote to Roosevelt in 1912, but subsequently received the Republican Nomination. Much like Roosevelt, the benefits of a three party system seem evident to Trackwell. He seems to believe that a third political option keeps both Democrats and Republicans on their toes. Unlike Roosevelt, Mr. Trackwell has been incapable of garnering enough support to effect the outcome of an election, though his determination and stamina have carried him through many failed attempts to gain public office.

Trackwell has run for the office of Mayor in his home town of Topeka, Kansas more than once. He was unsuccessful in his bid for the office of Governor. And as the trend would dictate, he will most definitely be unsuccessful in his pursuit of the Presidency of this nation. He knows that he has no chance of winning, but seems intent on maintaining the philosophies
